Rooney Insurance Agency, Inc. is pleased to announce that Michael Burke, Director – Background Screening and Technology Insurance, has earned the Cyber COPE Insurance Certification^SM (CCIC) Designation. The CCIC designation is awarded by Chubb and Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy to only a select group of insurance professionals.

Co-created by Chubb and Carnegie Mellon in 2018, the CCIC program allows commercial agents, brokers, and wholesalers to learn and become certified in industry best practices in cyber security risk management, governance, and operations to become high-performing cyber risk advisors.
